Bills can be paid using one of the follow methods:

How do I sign up for hosting?
You can either sign up by clicking here, or by telephoning our offices.
How do I access my email account?
You can access your email account by going to www.your-web-address-here.com/mewebmail. A login screen will prompt.
I forgot my email password. How do I retrieve it?
For security purposes we ask you to telephone us to have your password reset to a new temporary password.
How do I change my email password?
Once logged in, click on your options tab. A pop-up window should appear on you screen. Under the Login Tab, type in your temporary password once more, and then type in your new password, and click update. Your new password should now be in effect.

Why am I missing Emails?
If at odd times you find yourself not receiving emails, it may be because it did not pass the Anti-Spam email filter. Do not worry, you can still access these emails by going to http://filter.captech.ca, and log in with your email and password. It should show all if any emails being held back by the Anti-Spam Filter.
